Who We Are

JL Group is based in Springfield, Missouri, and this is home. It is where we know the neighborhoods, the pricing, and the people. But real estate does not stop at a city line, and neither do we. We buy, sell, and invest in property here in Springfield and in markets well beyond it.

What We Do

We work with three kinds of people: buyers and investors looking for the right property at the right price; homeowners who need to sell, fast or on their own timeline, in whatever condition the property is in; and investors who want to put capital into real estate without doing all of the legwork themselves.

That includes direct acquisitions, where we make the offer ourselves; situations that come with a life change, such as inherited property, estates, and the transfer of family real estate from one generation to the next; and transactions built to be as hassle-free as possible for everyone involved.

No pressure, no scripts, no lowball games. You tell us your situation, what you are buying, what you are selling, and what you want out of it. We give you a straight answer about whether and how we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
